How can the option holders be decimated by this deal? NTUOB are already in the money at 15c and the 29 million options is already enough to dilute the stock below 50%. If as you as via conspiracy theory the ECE will suppress the share price...then you might as well sell you physical shares now as well as you believe it won't go past 15c....
