"I blame a lack of news and clarity mainly why there is so little confidence right now in buying or holding TMT"
Agree 100% mate.
It's impossible to back any takeover when basic questions such as 'will the EPA need to start over' or 'will the tender agreement need to change' etc etc aren't being remotely addressed.
The whole thing just comes across as half-hearted.
"We know better than you so accept our crap offer"
It's amazing that the TMT board can manage to get themselves new positions organised, inc pretty pictures and everything, but give retail virtually zero info on what the takeover actually will mean for the shareholders.
There literally isn't a single fact offered except new jobs for the boys (and girl) and a set 12:1 script ratio.
They might help their cause if they addressed some basic questions such as will the EPA process have to start again - and if not, why not?
I'm pretty sure you guys could add another 50 questions by COB.
Without basics, it's impossible to vote any way other than a resounding "NO"
