Not even close to rock bottom, the producers haven't broken down properly yet, there's a long way to go down in this sector imo.
As for TLG, it's only just broken down from a stage 3 topping base, rallied back up to retest the break and now getting sold again. The stage 4 downtrend is only just beginning, it's only guessing where the bottom might be but I'd say don't be surprised to see it end up back down around 20c. Look at names like CXO or your NMT for clues on where this is going
