re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... Statement accompanying the s249D notice indicates that the requisitioning shareholders are concerned that:
"7. We are also concerned as to whether there is sufficient independence of the directors given a majority of the current board members are also directors of another listed mining company."
Well I'm concerned that one of the proposed new board members has a conflict of interest and is spreading themself too thin in currently being chairman of two ASX listed companies (MVH & ATW) and that neither nominee appears to have any oil & gas experience.
Looks like another EGM where I'll be voting NO.
