I have no idea why anyone would believe that a party being led by an individual who according to his wife has had to borrow against his house to maintain his lifesyle is considered a serious contender for running an economy any where but to the equivalent of mortgage default which is of course sovreign default

    Hi skypiliot,

I have a different view on that.

His income dropped and his daughters education was paramount to him. Hence the mortgage on home.

    Question,

would you believe he would understand what it is like to live and struggle like most families.

Not like millionaires Rudd and Turnbull.

    Or childless Gillard.

Tony is the best person to understand Australian families needs and wants.

That on it's own will make him a great Prime Minister.

He is a leader and will communicate with his party members on the running of Australia.

    cheers,

    sypaladin
