Without a solution to the funding shortfall, it would remove uncertainty and leave fear in its place. Does it really matter in the long term if the shortfall is 400, 500 or even 600 million when INR will be making Billions and Billions of dollars.They're not ready to build. Costs will change again in 6-12 months or whenever the build starts. Then people will complain that prices have increased again. Management will be in a better position to negotiate rates and terms when the permit is approved. I'm happy to wait for 5 years for what I see as an easy 5x or more on my investment from these prices. I have a long term mindset on this investment so if the permit is delayed by a matter of months I don't care. The permit just needs to happen. Once that bottle neck is removed things will start moving. If I had more patience in PLS when I bought at 30c rather than worrying about time value of money I'd be a lot better off today. Not making that mistake again here.
