Ok Folks, I'm very happy that funding is finalised, but I am a little shocked that LTR felt they had to discount the offer price as low as $1.80 !
Considering we are so close to production, and the future of Lithium pricing and lithium demand is projected to be very good in the near and long term.
I have the utmost respect for our BOD and I know they are not stupid, so I know they must have good reasons for this $1.80 offer price.
So, for education purposes only ..........
WHY set the price so low ? Surely LTR would have still been very attractive to institutional investors at a higher price eg. $2.30 when we are all expecting the SP to be likely double that within 18 months. How much margin do they want !!!!??
