What did I post that isn’t true?
It’s dead simple.
Its going to require a clear cut large discovery, that the company can explain clearly with no ambiguous language to shift the sp.

Where did I say there was no upside?

You assume we will have a discovery by next Friday and that the sp is way above 15c.
If no discovery by next Friday it will be very interesting to see which way the sophs will vote.

No tantrum.
Just the reality.
Did you think we would be at 15c a week from TD?

Pre discovery and a 15c share price the AGM vote is a double edged sword Imo.

Sophs win all votes at EGM and AGM.
If we have a discovery they will vote it through then sell.
If we don’t they will vote it down and get their money back and Ivz will be 7.5 million short from the raise.
Its the worst timed thought through raise possible.
