Has it entirely reverted back to Cominiere, as the exploration permit change signed by the MoM suggests, with the north then split off to satisfy Zijin? So is Cominierie now in control of the southern tenement outright, and looking to sell it or engage in another JV with someone else? Leaving AVZ completely outside as CKK continually claims on Twitter?

OR, is there a deal in the works through which AVZ will drop all the litigations, and we are brought back into the southern tenement ownership - whether through a new JV with Cominiere, transfer of title, or the reinvigoration of Dathcom? And where does Dathomir fit if this is indeed a negotiated outcome?

It's a muddled situation and one which needs clarity. Are we getting completely ratf***ked here or only partially? That's the question...

Given the MoM's apparent use of the domestic court action terminating the JVA as a justification for transfer of title to Cominiere, and her position clearly ignoring the ICC strictures, my suspicion is that this is the main dagger thrust - namely the complete stripping of AVZ's rights and reassigning them via the precendent of the various DRC domestic litigations that have gone against us. I'm hoping that this isn't the case and we are actually making a deal here, even if that involves a renewed tenement split, as the only path forward if that is the game is following ICSID through to a likely successful yet barren conclusion.
