Well they gave Gaza back so I don't think expansion is their aim.
If I lived on the West Bank I think I'd welcome Jewish settlement. Look what they've done with the dry desert that was Israel while Arabs are still getting around on donkeys. Imagine what they could have done with a seaside strip like Gaza.
Unfortunately the unemployed, uneducated West Bank youth would rather take up guns not jobs which would not only help them but their communities.
