JUst had a look at their linkedin profiles and Steven seems to have good experience in the IT, software and the microsoft space with some lead roles for big companies. Lisa i have no clue what she will bring to LVT since shes worked mostly in welfare and comminuty roles. What i find interesting is that both Lisa and Steven are stated as being founders of Land on heart since Jan and June 2023, meanwhile both Karl and Belinda are stated as working for Land on Heart since June 2022 as advisors.. How can the founders have started after the advisors? Makes me think this was another one of karls funded apps ( maybe Lvt funds through R&D investments?) and since its doing sh.t he has put them in LVT board so they can earn some money while still working at Land of Heart. Yhis is just my opinion.
Karl just needs to go completely from this company. WHile he is there this company will never go anywhere. We seriously need to vote him out at the next AGM and we need to question David why Karl is still there.
