Two sides to the coin though isn't there. I don't disagree with the comment. However one could argue that they haven't just been sitting on their backside for the acquisition to take place, this would have taken months to consider, prepare and negotiate. But yes bonuses, they seem all to easy to be given these days with a lot of ASX companies. I think coal in general has bit hit pretty hard anyway due to Economic downturn and general proxy wars playing with commodities. Tides will turn and this time WHC have something much more to give.
