If they have access to all of the posters details that posted in the CDU Hot Copper forums/threads, the Company can easily identify the names and private identity of every individual poster.

And that sucks.

If, as they are saying, they are intending to sue two posters, they should, after the Courts allow them to do so, only be able to get the details of those two posters. Not everyone. Especially since the other posters have said nothing that is inflammatory.
