On TV the other night all three Independants said the NBN was needed in their electorates and poured scorn on the Coalitions telecommunications policy.
Katter in particular was scathing of the former LNP government on many fronts. These three split from the LNP because of disillusionment with the party and there is a fair bit of bitterness surrounding that.
I would not take anything for granted as to who they will support to form a government. I suspect they don't really want to support either side and whichever side does eventually get the nod it will be the Independants calling the shots in government not the LNP or ALP who will govern in name only.
