When @docmin24 calls out the company for their salaries, he includes numbers that are not salaries; he adds all the admin, travel and other expenses they incur in the business process to the figures he keeps repeating. He is raising a good point that their salaries are high, and they spend a lot on admin and other expenses for a company that only works in the summer months, but he is wording it wrong in frustration. I have called him out for it before as it is a little misleading, and we would all agree with him more if he pointed out that they waste money in all these areas and not just a blanket and incorrect statement about salaries.
