Steroids help create the problem whereas remestemcell-L strengthen the immune system.
So it's appropriate that after proving itself in the patients in the worst possible condition having aGVHD, after rounds of chemotherapy then a bone marrow transplant remestemcell-L will be used as a prophylactic. That means strengthening patients' immune systems rather than trying to save a sinking ship.
You misread the situation so well.
