Certainly no disagreements there, a rather based post.
To get this moving, I feel that the current pencil pushing BOD need to give up their generous lifestyle renumeration and bring in experienced "DOers".
Or perhaps it's on holders to push.
Since you mentioned @Skell - I wonder what their thoughts are on a BOD full of lawyers and salesmen?
