We all knew this was on the boil, hell yeah im in, providing that the bank will give me an extra 15k that'll give me just over the 1mill that iv'e been chasing.

IO were going to give us grief even if they did come to the party, stuff em.

I can see peoples frustration i even share it from time to time too but alas i seem to be as crazy as Nursery cause im still in agreement that we got a couple of years before we see a positive return.

besides iv'e got too many to off load as it is, may as well get an extra 300k :)
