Is that what it said? ...that white people are perpetrating sexual criminality against aboriginals more than aboriginals upon aboriginals are in their own "society"
Prior to any reading of the report can you respond directly to my reply.
I suggest the environment does not support such a claim. There is nowhere near an equated interaction with whites/ aboriginals cf. aboriginals/ aboriginals for such a statement to be likely.
