    No I don;t agree at all. Enshrining it means the Lnp cannot ignore it, in the sense that it cannot conceal the advice from the opposition, independents, Greens, media etc etc. It would be held accountable for advice it refuses and the reasons for the refusal. Thats a true democratic process. Labor would undergo the same scrutiny when they are in Govt. As far as Aboriginal Affairs are concerned this process has never been the reality, as it's been behind cabinet door decisions. When you have former Liberal PM's state that there was nothing in Oz other than bush before 1788, the current opposition leader walking out of the apology by Rudd, and also refusing to attend the recent Garma Festival, I think that should be a preview of things to come if they ever get their grubby arses back into Govt.
