If you are a LT (5+ years), ignore the noise. If you are medium term (2 years) then you have to get entries correct or you could just end up at the wrong end of the trading range that PLS is in now. 350-550 ish.

I’m more than likely a 10+ year investor and I entered < 50c average so times like these are just top up opportunities with the substantial dividend.

The big picture is obvious and so are the tactic's of the big institutions.

So we may get a year of reduced dividends if the Lithium price stays lower than last year’s average. No biggy. $2000 US is way above my Lithium price expectations in 2020. When 2025 comes around, PLS will be at 1Mt. At AUD $3kt for spod, Revenue will be AUD $3B. I haven’t added in the Posco margins for Hydroxide and the possibility that the midstream product will be sort after by many ESG desperate customers.

PLS, low debt, cash in bank, low on the cost curve for production, growth projects funded, 400Mt (34 years at 1Mtpa) resource with that likely to increase, stable jurisdiction, excellent management who continue to give the market a middle finger and just get on with delivering shareholder accretive wealth outcomes. All IMO.

In Papeete today. If any country needs EV’s it’s here. Watching the traffic congestion on the main promenade and breathing the pollution bellowing out of the bumper to bumper traffic, it spoils the idea of visiting an idyllic South Pacific location.
