These are just 3 things achieved by those working for holders and in my opinion, they have done a job worthy of rewarding.
What Extremeland hopes to gain out of a strike against the board is beyond me and wouldn't benefit holders in any way, not that it's likely to happen.
The SP isn't something the board control and so I don't consider SP performance, or lack of performance, when making this decision. The failure of the options to make exercise price is regrettable, IMO the heads will more than compensate for this loss.
