Someone has been dumping for months, most likely Regal. This could continue for sometime until the EBITDA keeps going up which they won't affirm or deny. Possible court case loss will hurt them more.
Seems to be nothing more than a plaything to big money. Cannon Brooks was happy just to get out at 1.20.
