All of the "giga factories" that were being developed will need feed stock.
100% of that feed stock is 90+% recyclable material.
Right now someone will pay you to pick up your old car for savlagable and scrap metal, the same will happen when there are $1,000's of dollars worth of battery materials.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Chris said in the recent Crux video that the quality of the lithium from the recycling plant is of an extremely high grade, which therefore has a higher value?
Billions of dollars have been invested, and whilst battery tech is evolving, I believe lithium will continue to play a major foundational role in the composition of batteries for many applications going forward.
