That's the difference between IMU and CHM, especially Leslie and Jennifer. Jennifer has the ability and I think willingness to translate the bio-jargon into plain English, Leslie doesn't, unfortunately.
What we needed is something that says " We got the greatest, average ,useless, what ever tech / results to give non-experts an idea. Unfortunately despite addressing this with management at both companies it has not been considered.
