36 yrs in an NYSE Corp the last 25 in Treasury and 20 as VP-Finance. We have heard the same song and dance over and over. I would have been shown the door so many times if I had ever taken this long with any type of financing whether bank, public issuances or Govt backed with all of its red tape. Incompetence comes to mind here and is being demonstrated daily. Glad I held off purchasing more after initial 500k sh. I bought into this with eyes open, but salaries are being paid here with no results. Its a shame really but all you can really do is hold at this point. GLTA
