HB you sound like an ex-broker ? (or at least a fan club!) So do you think the Supermarkets or banking system is diversified in Australia ? What are your thoughts about the price of milk going from sub $1 per liter where the dairy farmers said they couldnt survive to over $3.50 per liter and the diary farmers are still getting no more ? What drives these price changes in your head ?
If you think we have a healthy free market economy, where monopolistic and cartel type behaviour is absent, then I suppose we will just have to agree to disagree. Thats OK. Good luck to you as it looks like we agree PDI offers compelling value. Pity the share price does not reflect this inground value. I find the usual model is that shareprice goes up as the resource grows. When they announce funding and development the share price drops as mining risk enters the equation. Then depending on early production the share price can rocket. So far PDI has not followed this pattern with the share price being high on early delineation and falling as the resource grows and ounces are higher confidence level. two cheap placements at 18cps for 300 million shares did not help sentiment and pulled the rug out from under the feet of long term holders.
