How do you suppose she takes LTR over at $2 or even $2.50 after the SPP? Did you read back to your self what you just wrote? Are at all informed on how anything works with Australian companies and the ASX or even what position the board is in or even again what Tim's position in all this is? You come across as a very inexperienced shorter. Times are a little stressful for you I would assume?

Little lesson here, Gina can't buy anymore shares of LTR unless she puts in a full take over offer. Then if she does decide to do this, the price must be at or above $3, then if she does decide to do this she must get it past Tim (remember him? The other blocking stake major shareholder aligned with retail shareholders) Gina can wait 4 months and offer a low offer like you suggest at $2 or so only to be laughed out the room because like I said we have a blocking stake, fully funded, a board who knows LTR's true value, just about to start commissioning with lots of capital now and earnings that will pay for the entire take over price in just a couple of years. Yeah you present a pretty compelling case as to why we are screwed (please insert the most sarcastic face you can find here so it doesn't get lost in this post).

how can you come here with such stupidities when this common information has been presented tome and time again? Actually I think I know the answer to that. Pure desperation from short sellers.
