I don't think I'm pessimistic. But I'm not wildly optimistic either. I've learnt over the years (longer than most) that things will happen when they happen. It's safest to not let the hype in the announcements or 'plans' from JZ mold investment decisions. The information we get is simply too unreliable. Nothing can be taken as face-value, as we've learnt over the years unfortunately. And until they have the actual sales receipts from selling their product, a CR isn't off the table, no matter what JZ's plans are for mitigating expenditure.

Doesn't mean I can't sit here hoping for the best. Just means I'm being realistic, as sinister as that may appear to other hopefuls.
