I hold a fair amount of BML, and thought I got lucky buying it on the cheap but was proven wrong with the changing economic conditions. I want the project to get up and running, and still think it will do so, but the time frame is looking closer to 2025-2026 + some heavy dilution. When I bought in, I assumed that we would be essentially mining by now. It is pretty disappointing, but I get how for a large part, the macro conditions have been beyond the control of the board. The main irk I have is how poorly communicated the entire rigmarole has been. If there was more forward, regular and upfront communication, I honestly wouldn't be as miffed with the project.

And if it does go down the gurgler, it's a capital gains offset for other investments. Much rather utilize the 50% CGT discount though if it gets there.

Vs BML SP, D1 going back 1 year.

One could in fact argue there are inverse relationships here with XAGAUD to BML SP, but that would be coincidental and a silly cherry picked assumption. The key driver, as it should be, is news flow and project milestones.
