I realise they want to have legal cases dropped . So SH having already lost their investment then vote these clowns onto the BoD so AVZ cannot sue for compensation . I'm not seeing the logic in this from either SH or the MMGA clowns . Not unless the MMGA clowns want to move to the DRC or China and stay there . ASX /ASIC might have something to say about it as well .
AVZ is still very much in play here and will get a result for SH . IMO
