I emailed Simon my concerns about the lack of progress (funding etc) and forth coming lack of funds, he called me back and we spoke for over twenty minutes, basically discussed (my interpretation of our conversation);

1. NAIF, he's talked to them as recently as yesterday and the process is ongoing, we're still targeting them for a significant portion of the funding.

2. Bank funding, obviously it's difficult to get and he indicated the risk appetite is out the window, price assumptions are ~20% down on commodities, and they're assuming ~25% up on Opex/Capex, hence the need to refine the project, and being able to provide solid pricing.

3. Is acutely aware of the 3m cash, and said if they didn't think they could get a positive result in this environment they would look to conserve cash, however that's not on the agenda and it sounded like we weren't that far off satisfying the banks, however they may keep moving the goal posts depending on the economic situation etc, he indicated we have cash through to at least 2024 (to optimize the project), and are using that towards satisfying NAIF/Banks.

I was impressed that he took the time to speak to me, and I hope he and the team can start hitting the necessary targets to push towards achieving finance.
