The past CEO Mobbs who was given the boot a couple of years back is back controlling the board. I wonder why the board caved in rather than go through the requisitioned general meeting to get shareholders to vote on who is on the board. It's hard to reconcile the cv published today singing"how great thou art" with the business being stuffed up on his shift.
ALso trying to get on the Board is the cofounder of ITD who by my reading Mobbs edged out of the company many years ago.SO i expect there's no love lost there.
Sure looks like a big power play.
The interesting thing is the director Mobbs brings in with him...venture capitalist speciallising in Healthcare.
What's likely to happen.???Appreciate other's thoughts. Mine is a buyout.
