If you think the clearance rate is relevant then I assume you also think auction volume for the weekend is also relevant?

Total Volume (Auctions): $250.25mil

August 21st
Total Volume (Auctions): $166.91mil

33% ($83.34m) drop in auction volume week on week, should we be concerned about this?
I have left out public holidays which always show a huge drop in the number of auctionsperhaps you can explain why I would include the election weekend?

I guess next weekend will show whether it was an anomaly or start of a new trend higher /rolleyes
