I wonder if KCN shareholders should have voted to see weather we wanted to give up our land for free ?
Or do Ross & Jamie just decide to give up our only asset land for free to there Thai community charity ?
Do any real Australian (or any company in the world really ) donate there expensive land for recreational facilities to be built on for free ?
I guess it's already free lunches, free daily guided tour walks, free water bottles, free stupid hats, free blue hats, free Tee shirts, free trees, Free Akara employee tree planters so might as well give free land use too..
Maybe we can use the new Cat395 excavator with free diesel fuel to build the free BMX track ?
Maybe we can borrow some more expensive 12% interest cash from our little Chicken green curry muncher Nucharee to pay for it from her unlimited Thai bank 2.5% loan ! hahaha, she will vote at the next board meeting to build a 2,000 person stadium upgrade !
Coming soon! nice all weather undercover stadium for the rainy season! We can use our free refurbishment engineer employees !
Maybe Nucharee will contract out her Cat excavator to us at a 100% markup into her little Curry muncher pocket to build it !
We can then borrow more money from her, to then pay back to her with her 100% markup + her 12% interest ! hahah
