Intra day - yes on the very short term charts (under 1 hour)
Its actually 3.62 to 3.65 but intraday gaps are less reliable than the daily ones IMO.
i.e. I'll happily bet my left nut that the 4.05 daily gap will close but not so much the intraday 3.62 one.
