Alligator Energy (ASX: AGE, ‘Alligator’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that it has raised
$3,260,000 (before costs) pursuant to the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP) that closed on 17
October 2023. Applications under the SPP exceeded the target of $3,000,000 and the Company has
decided to accept oversubscriptions of $260,000.
