call me crazy but I get a huge positive signal from this type of response , The key point being discussions are ongoing - re they haven't wound up the conversation from 2 weeks ago or thereabouts in other words this is a strategic negotiation as previously mentioned, something of substance that takes time to resolve. huge plus on my side of the fence.
