The bad news- investors don't like fluff no change in shareprice on a press release that just repeats the same things stated a few weeks ago, people aren't stupid. No change in SP
The good news- real tangible results incoming this will move the needle substantially.
the next big rerate will be a commercial deal, as someone pointed out probably not until completion of Phase 3 trials, standard industry practice, however at this stage it seems well worth the wait if you have already invested it's multiples on multiples over years which is exponential growth.
The real market likes real results, things that confirm potential earnings, a solid product, very positive phase 2 will help with this.
