fair to say DM probably read it like a few of us here, it came a cross self important, argumentative, uninformed about commerical processes - just sounded like a jerk.
in my view, you're lucky you got a reply... He's let plenty of others go without a response.
His response or "what else do you want me to say" - pretty sedate considering your approach.
