who knows if she did or didn't.
if she did and maintained her % than she doesn't have to disclose anything as her holding didn't change (which is most likely scenario)
if she didn't her % changed and we will see a change in holding ann from her shortly.
regardless means very little she will play her hand when she wants.
Most long term holders including board members I don't believe will sell this cheaper than $3 and Tim has a blocking stake as well.
