I've been looking and I can't find anywhere where it says David was going to IMEC 'alone'.

I'm not sure where that idea came from originally. He might have said verbally that .....'he' is going to IMEC but that doesn't mean others aren't going as well. I would have thought it very strange if 'Ting' our Chief Technology Officer and Guido weren't there (as a minimum) with David, because as David admits himself he doesn't understand how the technology works.

The fact that the team are all there for this amount of time makes you think something very detailed and BIG is being discussed and negotiated. I would not be surprised to see an announcement soon appointing IMEC as a broker for commercialisation of our IP, and that IMEC partners would be approached imminently to showcase our technology. IMEC and our BOD would already know the minimum requirements necessary before approaching any potential buyers. It is hard to believe we haven't satisfied this requirement. If we are at this stage, I would imagine James Dorrian would also be in Belgium with the rest of the team.

The clock is ticking on our patents and it is in our best interests I believe to get this technology into the hands of someone with deeper pockets and the ability to monetise this technology quickly. I am not expecting any further development to be undertaken by 4DS. I think the BOD will want this sold ASAP.
A working megabit array was always the goal before commercialisation and I have not read anything to the contrary coming from the company.

I am also expecting a joint announcement from 4DS/IMEC very soon, validating the results of the testing to date and outlining what testing is ongoing in the lead up to a commercial deal.
