My thoughts on the items for approval;

1/ Yes. Ben Katovsky to continue.

2/ Yes. Steve Gledden to continue.

3/ Yes - Remuneration - Appears Michael Stone could take a trim for now, I also question whether Linda can adequately fulfil her role or not with like 5 or 6 other board positions, but the corporate governance is excellent where it matters. Once Jaxsta (or Vinyl) is profitable, financially sound, management can be rewarded with stronger remuneration. Overall though, the remuneration along with incentives is reasonable / sustainable for the current position.

4/ Yes, Additional placement capacity - I trust issued equity will be done responsibly.

5/ Yes. Previous placement approval (Richard White raise) - great job.

6/ Yes, Redleaf options vest at 15c, and exercisable at 15c.

7/ Yes, good to see Robert Gaunt participating in the prior placement, great vote of confidence and leadership.

8/ Yes. Incentive options for Josh simons, vest at 10c, 15c and 20c exercisable at 2c.

9/ Change of Company Name? - "Vinyl Group Ltd" - I'd like more information here, Jaxsta has brand value. A bit more information in the upcoming quarterly report would be helpful. I trust management have best interests at heart, however - soft yes.
