What is Carbonate fetching now? About $23k US? at a production cost of $4-5k/t? Then reduced transport cost?
PLL has well and truly under performed this year and really im starting to worry as having a leaky JV partner is not only unsettling for NAL reasons, but the Canadian government is never going to hand us out candy when we bring the naughty little sibling along. There is a bit of a catch 22 as well when you have the likes of Ken Brinsden coming along going "Chemicals are getting due attention, but we are going to see a spike in demand for raw materials again" which almost makes me think - do we let that Carbonate plan simmer, and focus our energy on bringing the resources at Moblan to the market first?
The grades stated from the drilling campaign last week further reinforces that we can stump up a world class resource and as the likes of Wildcat and Patriot are confirming with the hype around their deposits that Ken's excitement about the raw material isnt too optimistic at all? Personally if the raw material is going to be in such a demand as soon as right now, well perhaps we do say to the JV - "well while you get your shit together about Carbonate/Hydroxide, we will be off sorting out Moblan's concentration circuit and selling NAL spod.
