Wow so now if anybody has to compromise (i.e. not get the perfect house for the money they want to spend) then that indicates we are in a bubble. Guess by that sort of logic the whole market has always been in a bubble. Reality of life is you can't always get what you want, when you want it, especially at the price you are willing to spend.
