And that’s exactly what we have - and are achieving.
There will come a time in the next few years that we don’t need to keep increasing staff in established markets.
And also a time where the commission structure is revisited and recent employees don’t get as high a % on accounts established prior to their tenure grandfathered into their contract.
Bottom line improves
At the moment it’s a great lurk but not really an incentive to get out there and work harder for it
