Seems to me the big bad Wolf, doesn’t like it when facts stand in the way of assumption, IMO you seem hellbent on making up information to suit your negative “SELL” agenda…I’m simply providing some balance to your one-eyed approach in assessing the Board of a company, I’m a SH in, at least I try and provide supporting info.

Overall, our views differ, I have clearly tabled my rationale…yours IMHO seems a little skewed to say the least.confused.png

Below, is in ZEO’s announcements on the ASX, regarding SH approved Incentive Share Plan (I found it yesterday) and the Company has a lien of all securities that are issued, so no one is walking away with any stock, without paying out the non-recourse loan (but that’s doesn’t seem to fit your negative agenda, does it) And, yes it seems the ISP shares can be sold, but the loan needs to be paid out with proceeds, before a participant benefits, equates to money to the Company first – I am yet to see the Company issue any shares under the incentive share plan, that have nil value (which would be concerning, but its not the case)

Put simply, the company gets any moniesfrom sale of shares first (if it actually occurs), that’s a fact and employees ofthe Company are provided the ISP shares (leverage) as an incentive – it’s a listedCompany (nothing unusual about incentive share plans – most I see are nil pricedoptions / rather than seemingly at the time at market SP issuances), so youwould think there should be some benefit (but nothing of the magnitude that’sbeing howled in this thread) LOL

Anyway, best to DYOR it’s the only thing you can rely on cool.png
