I have to disagree with you.
Management are not "bloody amateurs". Management are professionals. Professional wealth destructors. Their records at JPR speak for themselves.
They couldn't possibly have done more harm to this company than they have done in last few weeks...
And you're wrong again - they have been doing this for the last 5 (?) years, not just in the last few weeks.
I believe this is "near" the SP bottom though (probably more weakness after record date) but long term there's probably more upside than downside.
Questions to ponder:
* What is "long term"?
* Do current shareholders have enough cash to average down?
* Will the Russians shaft current shareholders?
* What will the SP be at record date?
