longer term is still a big unknown. There is a long list of good products stuck in mediocre companies that can't convert the opportunity. good management is what determines whether a company can pave a path that is ultimately hugely profitable.

short term to medium term it's not going anywhere because of the spend go for broke strategy. sadly, can see from above comments there are a lot of "investors" happy with massive share price losses, increasing bottom line losses and a longer wait. others would give directors a strike to let them know need to stepup and maybe set some proper metrics and be accountable.

the latest briefing shows Australia, UK and Germany despite being standard of care and market leader not being declared profitable. even USA is only ebitda positive. good management would normally choose to get the model right and proven before expanding. Are india, china, japan going to be another standard of care, market share leader generating similar returns to what one can only assume are ongoing losses in Aust, UK, Germany?

there's no point having a good product that doesn't make money. can only help millions of patients if profitable (or a charity).
