REITs are being smashed for a second day in a row. Higher interest rates for longer means we can expect significant declines over the medium term. How low CLW will go is anyone's guess but a 50% decline from here over the next few years is not out of the question as distributions are slashed. Some REITs may even need to raise capital to reduce gearing.
